The bouquet was amazing and my wife loved it. However, the flowers started to die a day after she got them. ---- Florist's Response: Michael I’m so sorry your bouquet didn’t last- there are many factors that cause this- but I can assure you they were fresh- and for the future, if this happens please reach out and I absolutely will refresh an arrangement at no cost when the flowers fade before they should.

What I like about Blooming Ruby Florist is that her interpretation of Ojai Sky, which fit my budget, was that it far surpassed what was pictured on her web site. She paid attention to the colors I wanted and why I was sending it. Plus, she delivered it on same day during rush of Easter arrangements. Since she sends photo after she's put it together, I know what it looks like. The recipient loves it.

Everything about the arrangement exceeded my expectations. The quality and freshness of the flowers was perfect. Also the size of the arrangement was larger than I thought I would get. Definity a lot of value for the money. I will certainly be ordering from Stacey again in the future.
