Blooming Ruby's has the most beautiful flower arrangements. The service is excellent, and usually you can get same-day delivery if your like me and are sometimes scrambling last-minute for a gift. They always include a text with a picture of the arrangement before the delivery date and a confirmation text with the delivery. They also text the recipient if they are not home. The extra text can obviously be very important on those hot days in Ojai. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a flower delivery in the area. Everyone who has ever recieved one of their arrangements from me has raved about the beauty.
