I am very impressed with “Blooming Ruby’s!! The website is very well done and easy to maneuver. I was sent a picture of my ready arrangement and was contacted again when arrangement was delivered.. As for the arrangement.. it is very beautiful full of fresh happy flowers.. I would definitely use them again
